Whether it’s weekly classes or holiday camps, every session is built around movement, teamwork, and making great memories together.

Kids Services & Mission

At Lëtz Get Fit Kids, our mission is to get children aged 5–15 moving, building confidence, and enjoying sport in a fun, supportive environment. We introduce a wide range of activities including athletics, team games, coordination work, and fitness-based challenges, helping kids develop both physically and socially. Sessions take place at Campus Geesseknäppchen and Parc de Merl, using both indoor and outdoor spaces to create a varied and engaging experience. Our focus is on creating positive experiences around movement, encouraging teamwork, and making sure every child feels included, regardless of their level.



Kids Camp

Our holiday camps are designed for children aged 5–15 and take place at Campus Geesseknäppchen and Parc de Merl. Each day includes a mix of sports, team challenges, outdoor games, and creative activities, keeping kids engaged and active throughout the day. We also incorporate trips, park time, and downtime to ensure a balanced experience. Activities are adapted by age group so every child can take part and enjoy themselves.

Kids Weekly Class

Our weekly Sunday sessions are open to children aged 5–15 and take place at the running track in Merl. These sessions are a great way to stay active and build confidence in a relaxed and fun setting. Each session includes a mix of games, fitness, and skill-based activities designed to improve coordination, teamwork, and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, the focus is on enjoyment, participation, and helping kids develop a lifelong love for movement.

She Moves x SNJ Move Campaign & Youth Bootcamps 

Through our She Moves initiative, in collaboration with the SNJ Move Campaign, we deliver fun, inclusive bootcamp-style sessions designed to get teenage girls moving, building confidence, and feeling strong in their own bodies. These sessions combine fitness, team-building, and education around topics like nutrition and the menstrual cycle, all in a supportive and empowering environment. Alongside this, we also offer high-energy 2–3 hour bootcamps for younger age groups (from age 10+), focused on movement, games, teamwork, and building a positive relationship with exercise from an early age. Our aim across all sessions is simple to make movement enjoyable, accessible, and something young people feel confident coming back to.
