Here are some common questions about our company.

We offer outdoor fitness, hybrid training, run classes, yoga, kids classes, camps, and 1-to-1 training. No two sessions are the same — boredom isn’t part of the programme.

Yes — all year round. We adapt sessions to the seasons, so whether it’s sunshine or a bit of Luxembourg weather, you’ll still get a great workout.

Lots of our coaches are Irish and Scottish who think Luxembourg is a tropical Island!

Bring water and, if you have one, a yoga mat for your first class. If not, no problem — we’ve got you covered. We bring all the equipment.

We train in all safe weather conditions and we go under cover if needed. 

We combine expert coaching, varied training, and a strong community to help you stay consistent and get results — all while actually enjoying it.

Always. Our coaches are there to guide you, support you, and make sure you feel comfortable from day one.

Yes — weekly kids classes and multi-sport camps during school holidays. Plenty of energy burned (and hopefully earlier bedtimes).

Our kids camps are all about keeping children active, engaged, and having fun in a safe outdoor environment. We offer a mix of sports, games, teamwork activities, and creative play, with something new every day to keep things exciting. Camps run from 09:30–16:30 (with extended care available), are suitable for ages 4–14, and are led by experienced, supportive coaches. With small groups, a great community feel, and indoor options if needed, it’s the perfect way for kids to stay active and make new friends during the holidays.
